There’s a digital version of an issue of Transmetropolitan in a Google Drive account that should be set up to let anyone view the whole thing in a browser if they give the bolt-on in that second link permission to connect (assuming they have a Google Drive of their own out there somewhere.
Otherwise the first link is - I believe - downloadable. Many free .cbr/.cbz archive readers exist on any platform you can think of to suit your preferred device.
